Welcome to CallzRecorder. By accessing or using our website and browser-based recording tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By utilizing the software configurations provided on this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully capable of entering into these legally binding terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
We provide a browser-based layout engine for composite screen and audio capture. Services are divided into two operational tiers:
Crucial Requirement: You are strictly and solely responsible for compliance with local, national, and international privacy laws regarding call monitoring and recording (e.g., explicit two-party or all-party consent requirements). You agree not to intercept, record, or store communication streams without securing all necessary authorizations from all participants in the captured window or tab.
Because processing occurs within your browser workspace via components like the MediaRecorder API and Origin Private File System (OPFS), recording stability depends heavily on your local hardware configurations, available system memory, and processing bitrates. We carry absolute zero liability for lost data, failed canvas drawing states, unrecoverable WebM headers, or interrupted S3 multipart upload sequences.
You agree not to bypass telemetry handshakes, manipulate daily quota halt alerts, forge identity trackers, or use automated batch scripts to run denial-of-service vectors against our serverless signaling architecture.
We reserve the right to alter pricing matrices, adjust hardware encoding enforcements, or limit operational bandwidth limits at any point to maintain platform integrity.
